The ski locker access in the basement was nice. Breakfast had an excellent spread, particularly with fresh pastries and make-your-own options that the kids loved.
The room's walls could use better insulation, as noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor disrupted sleep. The towel change policy left something to be desired, as fresh towels weren't provided . The dining experience fell short in the evening. The buffet was pricey with limited variety, and a raw burger was a major letdown.

I came here for 7 nights and had a really great stay. Double room in a contemporary industrial style was the best. The atmosphere created was QUIET. The hotel has excellent location right by the Andorran capital. It also was to a practical stop.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Ski schools and the ski lifts to the Pal Arinsal ski area. There were big size rooms for the equipment.

The ski-in/ski-out access is a game changer, especially being just 10 meters from the chairlift. The on-site ski equipment rental made gearing up easy, and the spacious rooms offered great views of the slopes.
The noise insulation leaves much to be desired. You can hear scraping chairs and chatter from the dining area starting at dawn. The spa access fee caught me off guard, charged on top of my stay, not clearly communicated beforehand. Dining options for older kids were surprisingly limited, and the consistency of food quality varied. I encountered cold dishes at breakfast more than once. The sofa beds were uncomfortable, prompting complaints from the kids. Lastly, I'd recommend taking a look at the towel change policy. It felt off not to get fresh towels .

Ski escape in Arinsal 🏔️⛷️
The room was massive, like seriously spacious! And having the ski shop right below was a total lifesaver. The vibe in the bar was lekker, a good spot to chill after a long day on the slopes.

Ski access and attentive staff
The hotel's location next to the chairlift was perfect. I could ski right from my door. The staff was genuinely friendly.
Unfortunately, the noise from the dining area echoed into my room at night, difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Couples seeking a great ski escape will love it
The cleaning staff was really good, they kept our room super clean each day! I also appreciated how the buffet offered a great variety of options, especially the fresh made-to-order omelets.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the value, it was mostly acceptable.

The spacious room offered beautiful views and convenient ski-in ski-out access. The breakfast had good variety, including light salads, yet some items were cold, and the quality could be improved. Despite the hotel's excellent location, the noise from the dining area and lobby disrupted rest, particularly at night, and the spa access fee was an unwelcome surprise.
